The Ukraine conflict has killed hundreds of thousands of people and brought the world to the brink of nuclear war. CND condemns Russian military aggression. There is no justification for war. NATO expansion and US nuclear weapons across Europe have destabilised the region and contributed to the conflict. We are campaigning for a peaceful settlement and an end to the threat of nuclear war.
