Greater Manchester & District CND invites all our friends and supporters to join us to commemorate the 81st anniversary of the Nagasaki atomic bombing.
The event will be held at The Hiroshima Tree, Western Pleasure Grounds (next to the Stables Café Complex) in Heaton Park.
There will be a series of readings including children’s peace poetry and a choir performing. The Lord Mayor of Manchester will also be in attendance to lay a wreath for all innocent civilians of war and conflict.
