Join Merton Peace Coalition/CND for a Hiroshima Day vigil by Rushmere Pond on Wimbledon Common.
Now more than ever, we need to take a stand against nuclear weapons and in favour of peace. Our vigil is one of thousands that take place around the world every year on August 6th.
The event will include music, poetry, and our annual lantern ceremony.
Families with children are welcome. Please feel free to bring picnic food.
