For the Everybody’s Reading Festival this year, Leicester CND is holding an event in Castle Gardens in the Maypole and Story Telling area.
With major threats to our planet from nuclear war and climate change, we will spend two hours together discovering much needed hope for the future. Everyone is welcome to join in the dancing and listen to stories and poems. If you would like to write something yourself it needs to be a short poem or a story of no more than 500 words on the theme of hope, if possible including the concept of weaving.
