Party conference season is upon us with a vengeance – nominating representatives to national bodies, electing delegates, and sending motions for debate.
Labour CND has drafted a model motion on Wages Not Weapons – if you’re active in your Constituency Labour Party, please encourage the branch to submit this to Labour Party Conference.
Upping the military budget at a time of austerity is the wrong thing to do. We believe a Labour government should increase investment and promote growth, take action to tackle climate change, improve public services and provide an emergency support package to off-set the cost-of-living crisis. If you think so too, please encourage your CLP to submit the motion!
