As the climate crisis and the risk of nuclear annihilation push the hands of the Doomsday Clock ever closer to midnight, CND fights for a peaceful, sustainable world free of nuclear weapons.
We’re looking for a volunteer to help our small team with essential membership and fundraising tasks in our London office. While we may ask you to do other things depending on the needs of the campaign, this would typically involve:
- Handling posted membership renewals and donations,
- Sending acknowledgement emails and letters,
- Communicating with CND members,
- Posting out CND leaflets and other materials,
- and other general admin tasks.
Who we’re looking for
We think this role would be a great fit for someone who is committed to the aims and objectives of CND, can work on their own initiative, has good computer skills, is attentive to detail, and is well-organised.
Ideally, you’d be able to spend 1 day a week in the CND office.
