As part of York Environment Festival 2026, join Yorkshire CND for a panel discuss on a future beyond military bases.
Points for conversation will include repurposing land used by the military for public parkland (as was seen with Greenham Common). This event will include a speaker from Greenham Common and Pinelopi Gardika who brings expertise in the future of bases outside the UK (from the Transition Security Project).
