Join Woking Action for Peace to to remember the only time so far that nuclear bombs have been used in war, in 1945 over Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Our petal float ceremony on the River Wey will begin as daylight fades. There will be time before this for people to read out a poem or short passage, sing, or say a few words.
Come and join us at the New Inn from 7pm if you would like to have a meal first.
