Join Kingston Peace Council/CND for a commemoration to mark Hiroshima Day.
The event will include speeches and a minute’s silence before participants will strew white flowers onto the waters of the River Thames in memory of the souls of those killed in war. Meet at Kingston Riverside for 8pm.
With official guests the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Kingston upon Thames in attendance.
