Join CND and guest speaker Kyoko Gibson, second-generation Hibakusha, to discuss the human cost of nuclear war and how we build a nuclear-free future.
Eighty years after the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the threat of nuclear war is rising once again. These weapons remain the most destructive ever created — capable of wiping out entire cities, devastating ecosystems, and leaving lasting human and environmental scars.
Join us to hear directly from those impacted by nuclear warfare and to explore how we can create a world free from the shadow of these weapons.
With guest speakers Kyoko Gibson, second-generation Hibakusha; His Excellency Jeremiah Nyamane Mamabolo, South African High Commissioner to the UK; Jeremy Corbyn MP, Chair of Parliamentary CND; Bell Ribeiro-Addy MP, Vice-Chair of Parliamentary CND; and Jess Barnard, Labour NEC.
This is a ticketed event with limited spaces available – early booking is strongly advised.
