CND arranges talks and debates at Glastonbury Festival. In recent years, there has been a huge interest in our talks – by young people in particular – as we have tried more and more to discuss Britain’s nuclear weapons in the context of how we build a more sustainable world.
At the 2019 festival, our talk on how nuclear energy is not the way to solve our climate change needs was full to capacity. And it wasn’t even raining!
