Hiroshima & Nagasaki – Finchley CND remembrance ceremony

Join Finchley CND by the commemorative cherry tree (next to the café) in remembrance of the victims of the atomic bombs dropped on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki on August 6th and 9th, 1945.

A minute of silence will be held in memory of the victims of nuclear weapons and war generally.

Participants are invited to bring flowers to lay beneath the tree and to share tea and thoughts afterwards at the cafe,
