Join Nottingham CND to reflect and remember Hiroshima – when the first nuclear bomb was dropped causing catastrophic effects and death to thousands of innocent people 76 years ago. Modern bombs are much more powerful and a third world war will totally destroy the planet. Spending money and using precious resources on creating weapons of mass destruction is immoral and increasing warhead numbers in the UK is illegal. We must remember the past and keep fighting for a nuclear free future.
