Building a nuclear weapons free world – the TPNW Meeting of States Parties and the role of cities, key institutions & civil society

Join Mayors for Peace European Chapter / NFLA / ICAN for this webinar considering the role of local government, civil society and states in preparing for the first State Parties Meeting of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) .

The webinar will include short presentations from the Foreign Ministers of Malta, Ireland and the Vatican State. The keynote speaker will be Alexander Kmentt, the Chair of the State Parties Meeting. There will also be presentations from a representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross and a survivor of the Nagasaki atomic weapon attack.
