The annual call for Independence from America will be made at the main gates of Menwith Hill with speakers, music, stalls and food. This is a valuable opportunity to meet others seeking a more peaceful world.
Speakers include Kate Hudson (CND General Secretary), Shaughan Dolan (Conscience) and Chris Bluemel (Trident Ploughshares), with music from The East Lancs Clarion Choir and soloist Janet Russell as well as The Commoners Choir.
The CND symbol installation will also be available at the event for photos.
Everyone is welcome to join this peaceful event and safe play space for children should be available.
